Position: Armed Security Officer for Apartments
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors while following post orders and property protocols;
Support daily operations by observing for maintenance concerns, lighting issues, unsecured doors, and/or other property-related hazards, then reporting findings through proper channels
