Armed Security Officer Apartment Complex

Position: Armed Security Officer for Apartment Complex
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating concerns;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related issues;
Monitor access points and visible activity on the property, verify authorized entry when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations;
Complete required reports, logs, and communication updates following post orders and property management expectations
