Responsible for shift coverage. Candidate will maintain building and equipment. 3 years hotel experience. Strong troubleshooting skills (electricity, plumbing, etc.)
* Respond to guest room and building maintenance requests.
* Perform basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
* Complete preventive maintenance assignments as scheduled.
* Troubleshoot equipment and building systems.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
* Assist with emergency situations as needed.
* Strong problem-solving ability.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
The hourly rate for this position is $30.40/hr.
