**** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Lead and supervise the bartending team to ensure consistent service excellence and adherence to all operational standards.
* Assist with training and mentoring bartenders to foster skill development and cohesive team environment.
* Create and maintain a seasonal cocktail menu, ensuring alignment with club culture and member preferences.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation, to maintain cost controls and minimize waste.
* Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Provide an engaging and hospitable atmosphere for members, offering expert knowledge on cocktails, spirits, beer and wine.
