ResponsibilitiesAs a Maintenance Supervisor (sometimes called a Facilities Manager), you lead a team in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation. You mentor your team, develop new maintenance techniques, and work with outside vendors. You provide daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and support our asset preservation objectives.
Qualifications- Minimum of two years in the multifamily industry with at least one year of supervisory experience leading a commercial or residential maintenance and grounds team.
- Strong commitment to applying best practices in high‑energy and emergency environments; remain calm in the face of disaster.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook). Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
- Hands‑on skillset across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, appliance repair, and installation.
- Hourly rate: $33.00–$36.00, depending on experience.
