A charitable organization located in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Case Manager for their Recovery Housing program starting June 2025. The Case Manager will manage a caseload of up to 30 participants, conduct needs assessments, and create personalized plans for recovery and self-sufficiency. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in social services, effective communication skills, and a commitment to empowering clients.
Relevant education and a California Driver’s License are required, while bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred.
