Program Manager35 hours per week
$70,304 - $81,000 annualized
(Salary range includes estimated compensation for licensed and non‑licensed candidates; actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.)
Supervision ResponsibilitiesUnder the general supervision of the Senior Clinical Director & Director of Wellness Services coordinate, oversee and supervise the work of the Wellness Center Team.

- In collaboration with Wellness Center Director: hire, supervise, train, direct, evaluate, reward, and support staff in accordance with organizational policy and applicable laws and regulations
- In collaboration with Wellness Center leadership team, provide leadership and oversight to the Wellness Center team’s day‑to‑day operations, ensuring excellent care and services are provided to members/clients and ensuring compliance with the program requirements, DMH, and MHALA standards.
- Actively work with individuals on the team in support of meeting role obligations and supporting work‑life balance.
- Support staff in provision of services that link members and other clients to meet member/client goals and needs.
- Completes, as well as assists and supports staff in meeting program documentation standards in accordance with MHALA and funding source standards and requirements to ensure program compliance and accountability.
- Track, assess and document how effectively program meets their objectives
- Participates as an active member of management staff, quality improvement, safety committee, domains or other leadership teams as needed or assigned.
- Participate in community constituency groups as needed.
- Assist and participate in the planning of staff development activities.
- Organizes, leads, and participates in team, staff, and community meetings.
- Read, perform research, attend workshops or seminars as Agency sees fit and as it relates to program needs; participate in other professional development activities in order to maintain and enhance personal and professional skills related to program needs.
