Right at Home Long Beach is seeking an experienced CNA or LVN to provide hands-on, in-home training to our caregivers. This is a per-visit, hourly role scheduled as needed to coach caregivers in safe transfers and mobility support within clients' homes in the Long Beach area.
The trainer will work on skills such as Hoyer lift transfers, gait belt transfers, bed-bound patient care, infection control, and proper body mechanics. A background in home health care and strong communication is essential.
