The People Concern invites applicants for a HSSP Substance Abuse Case Manager to support individuals in permanent supportive housing across SPA 7 & 8. The role requires strong case management, harm reduction expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clinicians and housing providers.
Based in multiple sites around Long Beach and LA area, the position offers full-time benefits, a Monday–Friday schedule, and the opportunity to help vulnerable adults regain stability and access to treatment
