Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center in Long Beach seeks a Senior Social Worker for the Health Care for Homeless Veterans Outreach Program. You will conduct outreach to unsheltered Veterans in streets, shelters, and community sites, engaging them in services and resources to reduce homelessness and improve access to care.
The role requires an MSW from an accredited program, US citizenship, and licensure at the advanced practice level. Experience in homeless services is preferred but not required.
