• Build end‑to‑end full‑stack features (Angular/Type Script, CSS, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Postgre
  
  SQL) with a strong front‑end focus, delivering user‑centric experiences.
• Collaborate with the UX team on design systems and partner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Applied Science.
• Own the full software lifecycle—design, build, test, and operate—while maintaining high code quality through unit, functional, and end‑to‑end tests.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven solutions that streamline provider workflows and reduce administrative burden. Mentor junior engineers via code reviews and pair programming, and champion internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices.
• Ship features consistently with minimal guidance, troubleshoot issues through data and code analysis, and evaluate emerging tools and technologies.

• Writes maintainable code and tests.
• Provides helpful, timely code reviews. Consistently follows best practices, able to defend technical decisions in code review feedback.
• Contributes toward design patterns and architecture decisions to minimize tech debt and maximize development speed.
• Successful feature delivery towards key business metrics and OKRs.
• Collaborates with teammates and stakeholders to deliver a solid product.
• Leads specific team projects independently and in collaboration with other leads.
• Is accountable, end‑to‑end ownership of features through planning, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring potential issues.

• 8+ years of experience as a full‑stack engineer, specializing in UI development, scalable front‑end architecture, and design systems.
• Proficient in Type Script/Angular.
• Prior experience with Ruby on Rails / willingness to learn.
