• McKinsey On Demand: Building a research agent. You have an AI agent on your side that knows everything about our platform and the best research practices. It helps you set up your project, conduct interviews with your goals in mind, and analyze thousands of responses.
• Database of Humanity: We are building a database of millions of humans to find the people you need (e.g., "power users of ChatGPT and Excel"). With more studies, we better understand users and can predict responses.
• Realtime Video Interviews: The next version of our AI interviewer will read between the lines, using computer vision, speech analysis, and real‑time decision making to be more nuanced than senior user researchers.
• Distributed Information Mining: An agent finds the right people to talk to, asks the right questions, and returns actionable recommendations—layers of consulting intelligence.
• Customer Preference Model & Synthetic Personas: Building profound understanding of customers to extrapolate new questions via synthetic personas, involving complex modeling of human behavior and decision making.

• You want to solve problems end‑to‑end: Every engineer owns a part of the product and must make decisions across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and UX.
