The Terrestrial Software team is building the foundation for an automated rocket factory and integrated launch platform. Their mission is to automate and streamline workflows across the entire lifecycle of Terran R, from raw material intake to launch operations and eventually manufacturing on Mars. Today, that means partnering directly with teams across design, materials, manufacturing, and test and launch to design, implement, and deploy end‑user enterprise‑wide applications, industrial automation, data analytics infrastructure, and next‑generation AI to solve real problems and accelerate progress.

The Sr Workday Developer is responsible for the technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday integrations, security, and reporting solutions. This role serves as a senior technical contributor responsible for building scalable, secure, and maintainable integrations between Workday and internal/external enterprise applications. This role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring high quality through comprehensive testing and deployment practices.

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Document Transformation, and Workday Web Services.
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into detailed technical solution designs and integration specifications.
• Build scalable, reusable integration solutions that adhere to Workday development standards and enterprise integration best practices.
• Design, configure, and maintain Workday security, including security groups, domain security policies, business process security, role‑based access, and user assignments.
• Develop advanced Workday custom reports, calculated fields, composite reports, and data sources to support integrations, analytics, and operational reporting.
• Perform end‑to‑end integration testing, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and production validation while resolving defects throughout the software development cycle.
• Troubleshoot integration failures using Workday integration event monitoring, logs, audit reports, and error diagnostics to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
• Configure and maintain scheduled integrations, notifications, monitoring, and error‑handling processes to ensure reliable production operations.
