Rocket Lab in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Senior Flight Software Engineer I to support the development of on‑board software for Space Systems programs. You’ll participate from requirements definition through coding and testing, with opportunities to test on orbit and validate software in real mission‑like conditions.
You’ll build RTOS or Embedded Linux applications, craft drivers for IMUs, star trackers and reaction wheels, and collaborate with hardware‑in‑the‑loop and systems engineers.
