About the RoleThe Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack will join a factory-focused software platform team and contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including concept development, technical trade studies, architecture, design, implementation, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
You will develop applications used to:
- Plan and schedule purchasing and manufacturing activities
- Support factory and production operations
- Access and analyze component and systems test data
- Provide engineers, technicians, and operators with critical internal tools
- Automate workflows and improve operational decision-making

You will develop applications used to:

- Design, build, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications and services
- Partner directly with engineers, operators, manufacturing teams, and other non-software stakeholders to define system requirements
- Translate complex operational problems into practical and scalable software solutions
- Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications
- Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, databases, and data pipelines
- Participate in architecture and technical design decisions
- Follow agile software development practices
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code
- Support continuous integration and continuous deployment processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the growth of the broader software team
