Forklift Operator

Job Overview

A Forklift Operator is the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management. You will load, unload, pick, and store products while upholding CJ Logistics America’s safety and quality standards.

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Schedule:

Day Shift (Mon 7am – 3:30pm, Tues – Fri 5:30am – 3:30pm, Sat 5am – 9:30am)

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Participate in manual case picking when directed.
• Pre‑pack products for shipment with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and resolve count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving.
• Complete other duties as directed, within your training and expertise.

• Minimum 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently.
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification is a bonus.
• Team player who works toward common goals.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
