Position: Lead Shuttle Driver

Location: Long Beach, CA (Ability to travel to Santa Ana locations as needed)

Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $20/hour

HB Staffing is seeking a Lead Shuttle Driver to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

Safely transport rental vehicles between locations, lots, and service areas.

Inspect vehicles for damage and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and ready for customer use.

Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating vehicles.

Assist with organizing and parking cars efficiently on company property.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement and assignments.

Provide support to team members and supervisors as needed.

Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to staff and client requests.

Position Requirements

Must be able to travel to Santa Ana locations as needed.

Professional communication and customer service skills.

Strong team player skills and interpersonal skills.

Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
