Warehouse Associate II

Job Description

Warehouse Associate II – temporary position located in Long Beach, CA. The role requires a five‑day on‑site presence and oversees general warehouse activities, including receiving, unpacking, material handling, and shipping.

• Packs customer orders while verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition of each line item on packing slips, BOLs, and/or POs.
• Stocks materials in their respective inventory locations.
• Picks inventory and prepares customer orders for shipment and work orders for the manufacturing process.
• Conducts cycle counts, ensuring accurate and precise entries into the WMS system.
• Receives incoming deliveries, inspects packing slips, and verifies certificates of compliance.
• Maintains the workplace and warehouse in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• At least one year of prior Warehouse, Distribution, or 3PL experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs unassisted.
• Basic math skills.

• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems (Netsuite / High Jump).
• RF scanner experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Email).

Base Pay: $20.00 – $23.50 per hour.
