- Lead procurement, material planning, supplier management, transportation, warehousing, shipping, and delivery coordination for Mod Con and Fab Con
- Ensure materials, equipment, subcontracted services, and completed ENFRA products are available at the required location and time
- Develop reliable supply and logistics plans from project award through final jobsite delivery while controlling cost, quality, risk, and documentation
- Identify, evaluate, qualify, select, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, carriers, brokers, rigging firms, warehouses, and logistics providers
- Develop and execute procurement and logistics strategies supporting business plans, project requirements, shop capacity, customer commitments, and growth
- Partner with preconstruction, estimating, project management, engineering, BIM/VDC, production, quality, safety, finance, and field teams
- Create and maintain project procurement and logistics plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery forecasts
- Participate in kickoff, planning, schedule, production, and coordination meetings; communicate constraints, risks, decisions, and recovery actions
- Source and qualify suppliers; build secondary and contingency sources
- Manage bid requests, commercial evaluations, scope alignment, purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, freight and delivery terms, payments, warranties, and vendor documentation
- Coordinate technical and commercial submittals, approved vendors, release packages, drawings, bills of material, quantities, specifications, and revisions
- Forecast demand and communicate forecasts to suppliers and stakeholders
- Manage supplier performance, corrective actions, and escalations
- Expedite long-lead and critical-path materials and equipment through manufacture, inspection, shipment, receipt, and production release
- Coordinate inspections, testing, quality documentation, certificates, warranties, spare parts, and turnover records
- Plan inbound logistics, receiving, inventory control, location management, kitting, staging, preservation, and material issuance
- Establish material identification and traceability practices and manage storage plans
- Develop outbound logistics plans for fabricated products and modules from shop to jobsite
- Coordinate shipment readiness, packaging, labeling, lifting and load details, testing, documentation, preservation, and release authorization
- Select transportation methods and equipment; coordinate route surveys, permits, escorts, utility moves, and oversized/overweight shipment requirements
- Coordinate jobsite delivery windows, access, laydown, offloading equipment, labor, permits, traffic control, ground conditions, and sequence
- Manage just-in-time, phased, and installation-sequenced deliveries
- Ensure accurate shipping documentation and track shipments through final delivery
- Manage exceptions, claims, damage, shortages, delays, demurrage, detention, accessorial charges, and invoicing discrepancies
- Maintain records of purchases, commitments, payments, freight costs, inventory, receipts, transfers, shipments, and proof of delivery
- Manage procurement and logistics budgets, forecasts, commitments, freight allowances, expediting and storage costs, and cost-to-complete
- Track and analyze procurement and logistics KPIs
- Implement scalable procurement, inventory, transportation, reporting, and document-control systems and processes
- Lead and develop procurement, material control, warehouse, shipping, and logistics personnel
- Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, laws, regulations, transportation and hazardous-material requirements, safety expectations, and customer site rules
- Drive continuous improvement across sourcing, procure‑to‑pay, material flow, inventory, packaging, loading, transportation, and delivery
- Support ENFRA culture, customer satisfaction, and dependable delivery performance
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
- Five years of related experience and two years of leadership experience concurrently
