Inventory Clerk Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory records. This role is responsible for receiving and storing materials, tracking inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials are organized and readily available. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Receive and unload incoming materials and shipments.
• Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies.
• Enter receipts and inventory information into inventory systems.
• Pull, package, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Reconcile physical inventory with computerized records.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Track and report back‑ordered items.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Assist with freight shipments and special project materials.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving preferred.
• Computer proficiency and accurate recordkeeping skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.

Pay?$19.00 per hour
