Skyworks is seeking a PDK Development Intern to gain hands-on exposure to world‑class analog and mixed‑signal design across heterogeneous process technologies—from HBT, GaAs to 22nm nodes. You’ll help develop device models, pcells, and rule decks under guidance from senior engineers.
You’ll validate PDK releases, assist in device characterization for HBT and GaAs, and support QA infrastructure. Proficiency in Python or SKILL and Cadence familiarity is preferred.
