KIELY FAMILY OF COMPANIES seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical and low-voltage projects supporting cutting-edge software and digital transformation solutions. You will drive end-to-end project delivery-from scope and design through installation and commissioning-ensuring alignment with IT infrastructure requirements, budgets, and timelines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional tech teams, oversee contractors and vendors, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end electrical and low-voltage IT infrastructure projects from scoping through closeout.
  • Coordinate with software, network, and infrastructure teams to align electrical designs with tech requirements.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans to meet client and company goals.
  • Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to electrical codes and standards.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues impacting scope, schedule, or cost.
  • Interface with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable electrical, safety, and regulatory standards on all projects.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative, innovative team culture.
