You will drive end-to-end project delivery-from scope and design through installation and commissioning-ensuring alignment with IT infrastructure requirements, budgets, and timelines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional tech teams, oversee contractors and vendors, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical and low-voltage IT infrastructure projects from scoping through closeout.
- Coordinate with software, network, and infrastructure teams to align electrical designs with tech requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans to meet client and company goals.
- Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to electrical codes and standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues impacting scope, schedule, or cost.
- Interface with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical, safety, and regulatory standards on all projects.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative, innovative team culture.
