Full‑time position at Complete Care at Monmouth
. Sign‑on bonus: $3,000.

As the Social Services Director you will play a key role in making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families. You will also ensure our caregivers receive the same compassion that is provided to the residents.

• Must have LSW or CSW license.
• Previous long‑term care experience is preferred.
• Prior experience managing social work staff is preferred.
• Directs, establishes & plans overall policies/g–of the Social Services Department.
• Maintains accurate, thorough, and timely documentation.
• Participates in interdisciplinary care‑plan meetings to ensure treatment of the social and emotional needs of residents.
• Exhibits a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
• Reviews advanced directives and provides education to residents and family members as needed.
• Helps provide a smooth admission and discharge process for residents and family members.
• Able to work independently or as part of an interprofessional team.
• Computing knowledge and experience using Point Click Care.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
