BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide to provide one‑on‑one care for a client in Long Branch. This position offers consistent daytime hours during the week and the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship while helping a client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support the client’s daytime routine, comfort, and safety
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care needs
• Follow an individualized care plan and monitor for changes in condition
• Maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive care environment
• Communicate effectively with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
• Availability Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
