Description
Adamas Building Services is looking to hire a Beach Attendant needed until LABOR DAY!
Shifts Available:
Open
Pay Rate: $16-$17 & Tips are Possible
To be considered:
- Must Live within a 10-15 mile radius of Long Branch, NJ
- Assisting guests with setting up beach/pool chairs, umbrellas, and towels.
- Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Ensuring all guest contact is courteous, informative, and thorough.
- Always ensuring cleanliness and order of pool and beach areas, including chairs and umbrellas.
- Responding to all guests needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing guests with clean towels as requested.
- Monitoring pool/beach entrance areas to ensure only OP registered guests are accessing areas.
- Folding/preparing pool towels for distribution.
- Distributing appropriate number of pool towels for each registered room ensuring all documentation has been completed with appropriate information and signatures.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
- High School diploma preferred.
- Must have open availability including weekends.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds.
- Job related experience in a similar setting preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff verbally and in written form.
- Individual must be highly motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Must be able to work varied shifts including weekend, holidays, early morning and mid-day/early evening.
