Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Ocean Place Resort & Spa is looking for an energetic, professional, and hospitality-driven Front Desk Agent to join our Evening (PM) Shift Team (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). As the face of our resort during one of our busiest times of day, you'll play a key role in creating memorable first impressions, resolving guest needs, and ensuring every stay is exceptional.

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide exceptional service from arrival through departure.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and questions about the resort and surrounding attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism while creating positive guest experiences.
• Promote hotel amenities, upgrades, and special offers when appropriate.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete end-of-shift reports, bucket checks, and required documentation.
• Maintain brand standards while delivering personalized service.

• Previous Hotel Front Desk Experience Required.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems.
• Ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding guest service.
• Available to work 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, push, pull, and perform general front desk duties.
