RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated RRT Admit Education Nurse for the Nursing Supervisors Department at Monmouth Medical Center.

• ASN or Nursing Diploma
• Minimum 2 years experience in Critical Care Nursing ICU or ED
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills

• BLS and ACLS certification
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and Critical Care Nurse Certification

• Night shift, 36 hours per week

• As a member of the Rapid Response Team, the RRT Nurse focuses on non‑critical care situations with complex clinical issues requiring immediate attention.
• Assists staff in assessing and stabilizing patients, organizing information for communication with physicians.
• Responsible for data collection and reporting.
• Provides education to medical‑surgical units as directed.
• Serves as a resource for staff, coordinates annual and ongoing competencies, assists with code SMARTs, code strokes, and code blues when available.
• Reports safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors.
