RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our well-established OB/GYN practice in New Jersey
. Our team of physicians and midwives works collaboratively to provide high-quality, respectful, and culturally appropriate care.

As a valued member of our inter‑professional team, the CNM will provide full‑scope midwifery care in collaboration with our physicians, including:

• Antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care
• Well‑woman gynecologic care
• Family planning and contraceptive counseling
• Patient education and advocacy
• Labor and delivery support at Monmouth Medical Center (Long Branch, NJ)
• Office‑based care at our locations in Colts Neck, Little Silver, and Lakewood

• Current New Jersey CNM license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Minimum of 3 years of full‑scope midwifery practice in a collaborative MD/MW environment preferred
• Strong clinical skills with an evidence‑based approach to care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient‑centered, holistic care and shared decision‑making
