Jersey Shore Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks a compassionate LPN to provide high-quality post-acute and long-term care in our Lakewood, NJ center. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, documenting in EHR, and supporting rehab and recovery plans. You'll collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to deliver resident-centered care that prioritizes dignity, safety, and comfort.
