As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager
, you will play a key leadership role on our clinical team—overseeing daily operations, supporting and mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. Your leadership will help create a positive, collaborative environment where both residents and team members feel supported.
- Schedule:

- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Practical Nurse License
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in sub-acute care in a long-term care setting preferred
- Prior experience managing staff is preferred
- Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC) software
- Supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
- Conduct nursing rounds on all units multiple times throughout the shift
- Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members
- Assess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines
- Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure a smooth recovery process for residents
- Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
