Security Officer - Overnight Front Desk Monitor

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk.;
Control access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing check-in and/or check-out logs, and directing authorized visitors to the appropriate destination.;
Monitor cameras, alarm panels, and other front desk systems; report irregular activity and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent presence and professional engagement.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, contacting site leadership, and requesting public emergency services when needed.;
Complete detailed incident reports, maintain shift logs, and communicate key updates to oncoming personnel and/or Allied Universal management.
