Security Officer Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and employees at a front-desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.;
Monitor access to the property by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.;
Answer and route phone calls, receive deliveries, provide directions, and communicate site-specific procedures to guests and occupants.;
Monitor security-related systems, alarms, cameras, and communications equipment, reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and incidents according to site-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while coordinating with appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
