Qualifications:
* Valid Electrician License (State of New Jersey) is required
* Proven experience in commercial, or industrial electrical work
* Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
Reports To:
Buildings & Grounds Manager and Assistant Business Administrator for Facilities
Performance Responsibilities:
* Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in compliance with local and national electrical codes.
* Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues in facilities and equipment.
* Ensure all electrical systems are safe and operating efficiently. Collaborate with staff, contractors as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Advise on cost-effective and code-compliant electrical solutions.
* May assist with planning and estimating future electrical needs.
Rate: $7,500 annual
