• Cleaning and making bedsefficiently and to a high standard, as shown in training and demonstration
• Ensuring our hotel is presented to the highest standard, according to the brand standards
• Recording on check sheets any maintenance and/or inventory requirements
• Ensuring all accommodation is ready at the expected time to be checked and ready for the guests’ arrival
• Conducting guest satisfaction visits as needed
• Delivering exceptional service to all our guests
• Keeping our public guest areas clean and looking their best at all times
