• Cleaning and making beds efficiently and to a high standard, as shown in training and demonstration.
• Ensuring the hotel is presented to the highest standard, according to the brand standards.
• Recording on check sheets any maintenance and/or inventory requirements.
• Ensuring all accommodation is ready at the expected time to be checked and ready for the guests’ arrival.
• Conducting guest satisfaction visits as needed.
• Delivering exceptional service to all our guests.
• Keeping our public guest areas clean and looking their best at all times.
