Site based Air Conditioning Engineer - Castle Donington - National Facilities Management Organisation:

CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our clients team of facilities management professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC maintenance and repair, responsible for maintaining and servicing air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and end-client satisfaction.
This is a site based opportunity, located in Castle Donington, Derbyshire.
Package:
- Competitive salary of £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Core hours are Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week between 6:00am - 10:00pm
- Participation in 'out of hours' on call rota
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

- Maintain, service and troubleshoot a variety of air xekaoyc conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, moving parts, to prolong the lifespan of HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning units, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency
