Job Details

We are in need of a Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and manage various ground‑up projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulations. This is a permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our company.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex industrial construction projects.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.

Define project objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long‑term goals.

Manage risks and issues, implement mitigation measures to minimize project risks.

Ensure all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope, and within budget.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management (7+ in the construction industry), preferably working on industrial projects.

Proven experience managing ground‑up projects from conception to completion.

Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

Experience with process improvement and inventory control.

Advanced time management and analytical skills.

Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Primavera or similar).
