• Greet and welcome spa guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, processing payments accurately.
• Provide information about spa services, amenities, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling and point-of-sale software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a team player.

• Competitive hourly wage of $17.50 - $18.00, paid bi-weekly.
