In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations during the evening hours, ensuring that all guest areas and facilities are well‑maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. You will coordinate with team members to address maintenance issues promptly and uphold the high standards our guests expect.

• Supervise and coordinate evening maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform regular inspections of all guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest issues during the evening shift.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies.

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
