Banquet Set-up Team Member

Join our team at The Resort at Longboat Key Club as a full-time Banquet Set-up team member. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating exceptional event experiences by preparing and arranging banquet spaces to the highest standards, ensuring our guests enjoy flawless service in an elegant setting.

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
• Assist with the timely and efficient setup and breakdown of banquet events.
• Collaborate with the banquet and culinary teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and storage.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to event needs and requests.

• Previous experience in banquet or event setup preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 - $20.00, paid bi-weekly.
