Pool Server

We are looking to add a Pool Server to our team. Candidate will possess ability work in high volume outdoor environment. This is a tipped position.

• Greets all guests arriving at the pool in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner. Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following SOP's

• Assist with opening pool bar duties.

• Anticipate guests’ needs, responds promptly, and acknowledge all guests.

• Maintains positive guest relations at all times.

• Open, set up, and organize cascades dining area

• Walk pool deck during service taking food and drink orders

• Have working knowledge of bar menu and drinks, garnishes and preparation methods

• Clean tables and rest as needed.

• Work closely with bartenders to provide quality guest experience

• Assist with closing shift duties

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous Experience is a Plus

• Able to work in Heat during shifts

• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Excellent guest service skills and oral communication skills.

• Ability to lift to 20 lbs. and carry up to 75 lbs.

• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
