Overview

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a friendly and motivated Pickleball/Tennis Shop Attendant to join our team in Longboat Key, FL. As a Pickleball/Tennis Shop Attendant, you will assist guests with their racquet sports needs, and ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all players.

• Greet and assist guests with pickleball court reservations and equipment rentals.
• Ensure the area is clean and organized.
• Provide information on pickleball rules, schedules, and club events.
• Monitor court usage to ensure fair play and adherence to club policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Support other resort and club staff as needed to enhance guest and member satisfaction.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of pickleball/tennis rules and procedures preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Weekends and holidays required.
• Valid driving record to operate club golf cart.

• Competitive hourly wage of $15.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
