Edu‑Aids is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher of Deaf to join our team in MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students with disabilities.

• Provide specialized instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
• Utilize fluent American Sign Language (ASL) for communication and instruction
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with school staff, service providers, and families to support student success
• Foster an inclusive, structured, and supportive learning environment

• Valid Massachusetts certification/licensure as required by MA state law
• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) required
• Previous school‑based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
