Be the Founding Barber at Oksana Salon & Spa

Oksana Salon & Spa is seeking a talented and passionate Barber to join our luxury salon team. This is a unique opportunity to become our first and only barber
, allowing you to establish and grow your own barbering clientele while enjoying the support, resources, and reputation of an established salon and spa.

As our exclusive barber, you will have the opportunity to:

• Build and lead the barbering side of our business
• Establish yourself as the go-to barber within a luxury salon environment
• Grow your clientele with support from our existing salon and spa guests
• Enjoy the independence of a commission-based role while benefiting from a collaborative team atmosphere
• Help shape and expand men's grooming services at Oksana Salon & Spa

• Provide professional barbering services, including haircuts, fades, beard trims, hot towel services, and grooming treatments
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a luxury guest experience
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Recommend retail products and grooming solutions
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism throughout the workspace
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and grooming services

• Valid barber license (or cosmetology license with barbering experience, if applicable by state regulations)
• Strong technical barbering skills, including modern and classic cutting techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Existing clientele is a plus but not required
