Legacy Lifecare Hospice and VNA is seeking a Hospice Home Health Aide (CNA) for in-home hospice patient care. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience, with a PRN, Monday–Friday 8:00AM–4:00PM schedule.
The role includes personal care, monitoring patient condition, safe home environment maintenance, and emotional support while respecting end-of-life goals. Travel to patient homes in Massachusetts is required.
