Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor | Springfield, MA | Part Time | Pay: $47.00/hour - $53.00/hour

Schedule:

Part-time, every other Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor staffing effectiveness and quality metrics, including CMS Nursing Home Compare outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care and outcomes.
• Review and oversee resident care plans, assessments, and documentation while providing mentorship and performance feedback to nursing staff.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Current, active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English.
