Adult Day Health Registered Nurse - RN | JGS – Wernick Adult Day Health Care | $39.00 - $45.00/hour, based on experience
• Full-Time or Part-Time Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• No weekends

• Coordinate daily nursing services and support participant care by collaborating with certified nursing assistants and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, high-quality care throughout the day.
• Provide skilled nursing assessments, monitor participants  health status, administer medications and treatments as ordered, follow physician care plans, and practice in accordance with established nursing standards.
• Recognize and promptly report changes in participants  physical or cognitive condition, implement appropriate nursing interventions, and help maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
• Educate and guide nursing assistants and other direct care staff on clinical policies, procedures, infection prevention, and best practices while promoting compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Current, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and in writing
