Legacy Lifecare VNA/Hospice in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to deliver compassionate in-home and hospice care, monitor patient status, and coordinate treatments.
Candidates must hold an MA RN license with at least one year of RN experience, willing to travel to patient homes, and communicate effectively in English. Full-time position, 40 hours weekly, with Monday to Friday schedule.
