Accounts Payable Clerk-Manufacturing

Accounts Payable Clerk Pay: $22-$24/hr DOE

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our fast-paced finance team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and thrives in a team environment.

• Manage all accounts payable invoices.
• Match invoices with packing slips and shipping documents as applicable.
• Prepare and enter invoices into the ERP system.
• Review purchase order receipts, quantities, and amounts for billing accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized AP records, including filing and scanning documents.
• Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing accounts payable experience required.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of Colorado sales and use tax.
• Experience with Infor Cloud Suite Industrial or Infor Syte Line ERP.
