Ursa Major in Colorado is seeking a senior technical accountant transitioning from public accounting to industry. This hands-on role partners with external auditors and works cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Engineering to mature critical accounting processes.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in public accounting, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, US GAAP/SEC knowledge, and strong Excel skills. CPA preferred; manufacturing/aerospace experience is a plus.
